Memory Training
This is a single two hour session held in the evening for up to 20 people. During the session members will be given an understanding of the different elements that contribute to the memory process including the importance of diet, exercise (both mental and physical), lifestyle and good habits which support the memory process.
Participants will also get the chance to practise some of the memory techniques and will take away a range if ideas which should enable them to better remember names and other items.
The workshop will take place in a safe and friendly environment with the accent being on fun and enjoyment as part of the learning process.
