This popular group meets weekly on Friday afternoons at Emmanuel Church.
Movement to Music is based on low impact aerobics which involves gentle stretching exercises to music.
We challenge our balance each week to the full
And tone up our tummies with abdominal pull.
Cat stretches give us a healthy back,
And with breathing in time we are right on track
We keep our spines long, shoulders round and back.
Our sternums are lifted we look much better like that.
We get stronger and fitter each week that we come.
Using bands for our limbs as well as toning tum and bum.
