Painting for Pleasure   -  FULL

This group meets weekly on Tuesday mornings at Birdwell Community Centre.

It operates on a self-help basis, and caters for both experienced and beginner painters.

No experience is necessary, only an interest in painting in water colour, oils, acrylics or pastels.

It will be necessary to invest in some basic equipment (a couple of brushes, some colours and some paper), and advice can be given as to further purchases. Existing members are on hand to welcome and help new members.

Occasional demonstrations by experienced artists are arranged.

Brushstrokes

This is a relatively new group which is being run along similar lines to the Painting for Pleasure Group above.

The group meets fortnightly at Monk Bretton Methodist Church where members can enjoy their painting with like minded individuals.
