Quizmaster Group

On the 8th May 2009 the U3A Quizmasters group was launched. It was a very successful evening.  21 people out of 23 who had shown an interest in the group attended the first meeting. Everyone enjoyed the quiz.

A discussion at  refreshment break time produced some very constructive ideas as to the future format of the evening. If the group continues to have attendances of a similar nature in the future we may have to limit the numbers  attending purely on the grounds of availability of the accommodation.

The maximum number of members for the group will probably have to be no more than 25. Anyone wishing to join should first contact Barrie Haigh, the group coordinator.
