The latest programme is given in the newsletter, together with important information about booking conditions. At each monthly meeting a handout updating this information will be available to members  

Lists for members to express their interest will be opened when sufficient information is available for each break, or holiday. Members on the Interest List will be given the first opportunity to reserve when full details are available.

Reservations in respect of a day outing will be taken at the monthly meeting three months before the date of the outing when the full reservation money will be required
